Training Performance and Prevention involves the whole person.  I am both a current Fellow in the Gray Institute Applied Functional Science program, and licensed as a Physical Therapist for over 12 years now.  I have continually sought out further learning opportunities to grow in my knowledge of helping you.

Do It Better has developed a unique process called the “Performance Expander” to help me build a relationship with you and put you on the path to peak performance.  Using your body as the tool and listening to you tell me what is concerning you; we work twith a non protocol based individual driven integrated full body function that is activity specific, utilizing each activities transformational zone of body loading and unloading relative to it's environmental surrounding.

Your body is simple and complex.  It moves in all 3 dimensions.  Only one dimension does not fight gravity, which is rotation.  So, most of our compensations occur into rotation (torsion and/or compression).  We are like 4 rings and 3 springs.  The rings represent each foot, pelvis, and the thorax (ribs and spine).  The springs, fitting between the rings, represent how we load and unload in movements and with forces.  So, all old or new injuries place force through the whole system because of the compensations they created.

At Do It Better, we help unload and reload the rotation so you can perform better.
