THE POWER AND ALIGNMENT FOR EVERY ACTIVITY

Every activity we do involves the core.  What is the Core?  Everything from our nose to our toes.  We reach, throw, pull, push, carry and hit from above. We walk, jog, lunge, squat, kick, climb, and jump from below. Our Core has to create a mobile and stable unit for all of these forces. It is essential for the full body Core to allow for power and direction control of your movement.

Do It Better helps you do more than just isolate the Core. We help you to integrate the rest of the body into a core curriculum. What is different, is that we look at all of you to see where old and new injuries play into disruptions to your Core.  We train from sucess to greater sucess, by building upon your strengths in all 3 planes of movement. Our body's function in 6 basic positions for all of life, and need to be trained in each of them to function maximally.  Every activity can be tweaked to make it harder.  But it also needs to be at the threshold for your body with out compensation to be safe and successful.
